Your transpartisan candidate for mayor of Radevormwald.

Dear residents of Radevormwald

I am running as a transpartisan mayoral candidate, jointly nominated by the SPD and BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN. In times of increasing political polarization, we need personalities who can build bridges across ideological divides. That is exactly what I stand for—a new political style that puts common ground above current trends! I am convinced that “the best solutions arise when different perspectives are brought together respectfully.”

The support of two parties is no coincidence, but the result of my proven competence and my ability to win people with different political views over to common goals. Our city is facing important decisions that will have a decisive impact on our future. In this crucial phase, we need a mayor who is not only qualified, but who can also bring people together across party lines.

My goal as mayor is to further increase the attractiveness of our city and to work to ensure that Radevormwald remains a lovable and livable place—even in difficult times!

Yours

My CV

I was born in Wattenscheid in 1985 and grew up in Lüdenscheid, where I graduated from high school in 2005. My family roots lie in a Polish ethnic German family—a background of experiences that continues to sensitize me to issues of integration, diversity, and equal opportunities.

After studying law in Bonn, I completed my legal clerkship at the Cologne Regional Court. In 2020, I moved to Radevormwald—the city has been my home ever since. My career began in the city of Remscheid, where I worked at the Jobcenter. For many years now, I have been working as a fully qualified lawyer at a legal expenses insurance company in Düsseldorf, specializing in claims processing.

I've been politically active in the SPD since 2017—with a short break during my parental leave. I value the direct interaction with local people and am convinced that good politics can only be achieved through listening, taking people seriously, and acting together.

Fresh ideas & innovation

Young people see the world with different eyes. Others think in established patterns, junger people bring fresh perspectives. We need precisely this innovative power in politics more urgently than ever, especially when it comes to the pressing challenges of our time, such as the climate crisis, social justice, and digital transformation.

Inclusive leadership

A mayor is rarely elected by everyone – but she carries responsibility for everyone. I take this responsibility very seriously. As a non-partisan candidate, my goal is not to divide, but to unite – and to embrace the diversity of our community as a strength.

Future-focused mindset

Our community faces significant challenges – but also great opportunities. As a non-partisan mayoral candidate, I'm running not only to find short-term solutions to current concerns, but above all to create long-term prospects for all of us. For me, being future-oriented means making the right decisions today so that we can benefit from them tomorrow.

Listening & Honesty

Our community is shaped by diverse life experiences, age groups, cultural backgrounds, and opinions. This diversity is exactly where our potential lies. I am convinced that good politics does not happen alone, but through dialogue. That’s why I want to listen to everyone in our community—regardless of their origin, age, profession, or political views.
